Mineral elements like calcium, magnesium and sodium are found in foods and drinks.
In healthy foods, minerals are found in food to help boost the immune system of the human body.
Minerals are also considered as vitamins since it is a micro nutrient.

Geologists study the earth, such as natural disasters like volcanoes, landslides, tsunami e.g
They inspect building land and tell builders whether it is safe or not to build in the location inspected.
They also inspect minerals, metals, oils, chemicals, liquids and natural gases e.g

What are three minerals that Australia mines and what are they used for?
Bauxite(aluminium)- used for building infrastructure, body work of cars.
Coal- used to power houses and trains
Uranium- used in nuclear plants and used for nuclear weapons.

In Australia we should continue mining bauxite, because without bauxite. Australia won’t be able to produce cars, buildings, road signs and infrastructure.
