  • THE THREE MAIN GODS IN HINDUISM ARE, SHIVA, VISHNU AND BRAHMA
  • Brahma represents creation
  • Vishnu represents preservation
  • Shiva represents destruction

HINDU AFTERLIFE

  • Hinduism believe that time is cynical.
  • They believe people are reborn a number of times before reaching their final state.
  • Being born, growing, dying, and being reborn again is called samsara.
  • They also believe that they must collect good karma in order to get out of the cycle and be with god.

  • HINDUS BELIEVE IN THE DIVINITY OF THE FOUR VEDAS, THE WORLD'S MOST ANCIENT SCRIPTURE .

HINDU PRACTICE

  • Hindu worship is primarily an individual act rather than communal
  • It involves making personal offerings to the deity.
  • Worshipped repeat the names of their favorite gods and goddesses and repeat mantras.
  • Water, fruit, flowers and incense are offered to God.
