MONASTERY OF THE

FOUNDED:

• The monastery was founded in 1981 by the Abbaye Sainte-Marie des Deux-Montagnes in Canada.

PRAYER LIFE:

• "Little Hours" consists of hymn, three psalms, a short reading, and a concluding prayer.
• The nuns pray everyday
• The nuns pray 7 times a day and once at night.
• Prayed to St. Benedict more often because, they were Benedictine nuns belonging to the Congregation of Solesmes.
