Purpose, Mission, Strategy

  • (Continue) To develop a very clear and agreed “Mission Action Plan” which captures the purpose and vision we have for a developing faith community at St Oswald’s (MAP committee)

  • Develop leaders from within the church community to foster programmes for spiritual growth according to according to different faith expressions • Gradually implement programs for spiritual growth .

RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN

  • Key suggested actions: • Guided walk by an Elder locally or further afield in our Diocese • Invite the Aboriginal Liaison Officer to our parish to tell us about her work and review our action plans • A presentation to the parish on the Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) of the Diocese • Promote the RAP and NAIDOC and key activities on our website • Organize trip to Nungalina College, Darwin
