SELF-ESTEEM

I have higher self-esteem because i think positivly and have a good mindset.

PERSONALITY

I have a funny and calm and laid back because i dont like being uptight.

ALCOHOL

I choose not to get involved with alochol because i am commited to volleyball

SUICIDE

I choose not to have suicidal thoughts, if im sad i talk to people.

RELAXATION

The ways I relax is by listening to music, going to our cabin or hanging out with friends.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

I mange my stress by listening to music and talking to my friends for advice.

EMOTIONS

I chose to talk about how i feel and try not to be so emotional

PHYSICAL HEALTH

I stay active by being outside and playing volleyball

PEERS

I choose to surrond myself with people who have a positive affect on me

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

I choose to not drink and and drive because of the consequences of it.

REFUSAL SKILLS

I have good refusal skills because i am not interested in alcohol or drugs

POSITIVE PRESSURE

I choose to be friends with people who pressure me to do better

GOALS

I set goals for myself so that i work hard for what i want and deserve it

ROLE MODEL

I choose to try and be a good role model, sometimes it nice to have someone to look up to

DISCRIMINATION

I choose to not to discriminate against people because it hurts peoples feelings

SOCIAL MEDIA

I decide if I post something on social media i make sure it wont affend anyone

VALUES

I try to stay true to my values and I love the values that I have

TEEN DEPRESION

I choose not to be depressed so that i can be happy with my life

MENTAL HEALTH

I have good mental health because i chhose to think positivly
