JUAN PAN

Juan Pan provides the body with glucose, which is converted to energy used to support bodily functions and physical activity.

Juan Pan's goal is to provide us with maximum speed, stamina, concentration, recovery and better fluid balance.

Also, Wonder Carb is required for "brain food." Liver glycogen is converted to glucose (energy) in the liver and released into the bloodstream to maintain a normal blood sugar level.

SUPERCADO

THAT FAT THAT YOU NEED

The fat in food includes a mixture of saturated and unsaturated fat. Animal-based foods such as meats and milk products are higher in saturated fat whereas most vegetable oils are higher in unsaturated fat. Fat maintains skin and hair, cushions vital organs, provides insulation, and is necessary for the production and absorption of certain vitamins and hormones.

Supercado gets energy by eating monounsaturated fats such as nuts, polyunsaturated fats such as flax seeds, and occasionally having pork with contains saturated fat, and snacking on chips which contain trans fats.

SHERIFF H2O

HE'LL HYDRATE YA

Water helps to control our body temperature, carries nutrients and waste products from our cells, and is needed for our cells to function. It is recommended that adults drink 8 glasses of fluid daily. Fluids can also be obtained from juice, milk, soup, and foods high in water such as fruits and vegetables. Caffeine-containing beverages (coffee, tea, cola) don't count because caffeine is a diuretic, making us lose water. A great plus for water in comparison to the other fluids is that it hydrates our body without extra calories.

Sheriff H20 gets his energy by drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day to stay hydrated for his long days of saving lives!

KING MEAT

King Meat is found throughout your body—in muscle, bone, skin, hair, and virtually every other body part or tissue.

He works hard to make up muscle tissue which in turn helps to keep our bodies active, strong, and healthy

King Meat ensures that we are all safe and sound by producing enzymes, antibodies to help us fight infection, as well as DNA.

If you increase activity, perhaps to improve health and fitness or body composition, you should be very aware of King Meat, since most protein is stored as muscle.
