• Endorsements: Bilingual Education & Modern and Classical Languages
• Kindergaten Teacher: Total of 4 years, mostly in Chimayo, NM
• Third Grade Teacher: Two years total, in APS.

Why Gifted Education?
My daughter inspired me to learn more about gifted and talented students. The information I gain in pursuing an endorsement will not only allow me to teach gifted students but will also greatly inform my teaching in a regular education setting while allowing me to better identify giftedness among bilingual students. Since I am not currently working in the field, the experiences of other classmates has been extremely beneficial. I hope to learn more through such collaboration.
