• Situation- chocolate factory has been closed for a long time.
• Conflict- charlie wants to find the golden ticket.

INCITING EVENT

• Charlie finds the golden ticket.

RISING ACTION

• Slugworth tells the winners he needs something from the factory.
• Charlie is asked to find secret formula by slugworth.
• All the winners line up at the factory.

CLIMAX

• The winners go into the factory.

FALLING ACTION

• Augustus falls into the chocolate river & is eliminated.
• Violet eats a full course meals & is eliminated by the desert.
• Veruca falls down the garbage shoot while singing & is eliminated.
• Mike Tv is turned tiny and is eliminated.
• Charlie & his grandpa are the only people left.

Resolution

Charlie was the last kid. He was honest and gave back the gobstopper. As a prize for winning he gets to keep the factory.

Denouement

Charlie & his family get to live in the factory. When it's time for Wonka to go, Charlie will run the factory.
