COMPETITION AND AGRESSION

  • They don't compete .
  • They are actually quite playful !
  • The only harm they do is sometimes
  • Push their sibling off .

Territorial or no

They are not territorial, but they play .

MATING AND RAISING YOUNG

  • The female will mark its territory
  • By leaving a scent
  • They use a bleating call to attract a mate
  • If the mother gives birth to three cubs only one cub
  • Is sure to survive. The other two are left to die

Do they live in groups or not?
They do not live in groups. They spend most of their lives eating bamboo,and roaming in the forest.

Communication
They leave their scent by rubbing against a tree or by marking their territory. They make a bleating sound .

Migration/hibernation

They don't really migrate ,but they do move to warmer areas.
