In 1775 a war began between the british and the colonists because of the colonists' rights.

The American boycott of taxed British tea led to the Boston Tea party in 1773, when the shiploads of tea were destroyed.

In 1775, the British Army consisted of about 36,000 men worldwide.

Crispus Attucks was the first man to get shot in the boston massacre.

Cornwallis surrendered at Yorktown and the Treaty of Paris was signed 2 years later when the war ended.

The Constitution was written and signed and so was the Declaration of Independence was signed.
