What is the Futures Award?
"The Futures Award is a voluntary, flexible programme that enables you to develop your skills, make new contacts and improve your understanding of employer requirements".
Why should you do it?
"Employers are looking for much more than talent from candidates for graduate jobs, they also want to see evidence of both participation in extracurricular activities and of the development of skills that will benefit their organisations".
The Futures Award is made up of three levels
Activities that count towards your hours
"Your Futures Award experiences can be recorded on your Higher Education Achievement Record (HEAR) which you will receive on graduation".
