PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Hey guys this is my first post, my original name is George Speck, but now I have adopted the last name "Crum".
My mother is Native American and my father is African American.

I don't know if I like working as a trapper or a mountain guide. I want to try to get into culinary arts.

It is now 1853, and I got a new job as a chef at Saratoga Springs' elegant Moon Lake Lodge resort. French fried potatoes seem to be a favorite here.
Fun Fact: Thomas Jefferson is known to have introduced fried potatoes to local folks at home and liked to eat and serve them.

I've only been working here for a short amount of time, and these customers are crazy! This guy sent my perfectly fried potatoes back, saying they're cut too thickly. I'll show him!

Wow, I thought I would teach him a lesson by cutting his potatoes extra thin and frying them in grease... But he loved them! Who would've thought?
Everyone come out to my new restaurant, "Crum's House" where you can get a special on our famous Saratoga chips.
Today is a very sad day, I will be closing the restaurant. Crum's House 1860-1890, we had a good run.
