Her life before United Nations:

  • She was born in NY, in 1884.
  • She got married with Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1905.
  • She became the First Lady in 1933.

Her life in the United Nations:

  • She was apointed the delegate of the UN by Truman in 1946.
  • She was very important in the UN, but, the most important thing she did was:
  • The Declaration of the Human Rights in 1948

Why "The first lady of the world"?

  • The president Truman called her like that for her humanity's achievements
