SERGEANT REX

EXPOSTION

• Mike and Rex are sent to Iraq
• Rex is a military dog.
• His job is to sniff out bombs

RISING ACTION 1

• Mike and Rex are sent on the first mission.
• Rex gets a small cut on his stomach from barbed wire.
• They have to stay hydrated in the 130 degree weather.
• They have to go on a mission to a IED factory.
• The factory is surrounded by thick concrete walls that hide it good.

RISING ACTION 2

• They get finished with the factory.
• They go on there 3rd mission.
• Rex has to smell out IEDs.
• The factory is stuffed with bomb making supplies.

RISING ACTION 3

• They go on there one of there last missions.
• Two big explosions from bombs of offs.
• They head over to help them when the last explosion goes off.
• Rex has sniffed out the second bomb before it went off.
• Luckily no one was hurt.

CLIMAX

FALLING ACTION 1

• When they return they find out John Walls has been injured on patrol.
• Finally they head out to there last mission.
• There in a house where they think bombs are made.
• A stray wolf jumps out and try's to attack Rex, the wolf has rabies.
• The wolf jumps towards Rex and Mike shoots it dead with his pistol.

FALLING ACTION 2

• Mike and Rex continue there search.
• They don't find anything.
• They head back to the base.

RESOLUTION

• The theme is friendship and helping each other.
• Rex and Mike learn to work together through really hard times.
• They also learn to help each other.
