R is for rumble
In the book the gang gets into a rumble with the socs. After winning Dally and ponyboy go to tell Johnny the good news, he passes away. Dally starts to freak out because Johnny was the only person he loved and ends up getting himself killed after robbing a store.

• Darry is hard on ponyboy because hes smart and has a chance to get out of that kind of life.

• one of the themes in the book is the everyone in the universe has proble
• This is significant because it mentioned the most throughput the book that its ruff all over
• Its mentioned because the socs may havr better living conditiond but they still have problems on their lifes just like the greasers do.

V IS FOR VISIONS

• Running to help dally he says his vision startes to get blurry.
• After watching the two of his best friends die he startes to see vision because of a concussion.
• After passingput and seeing the vissions he goes to the hospital and keeps calling for soda, Darry, Johnny, and his parents

W IS FOR WISH

• Johnny wished to stay alive because he was to young and hasnt experienced a lot.
• After Johnny's death ponyboy keeps wishing he was alive and tries convincing himself the same.
• This is significant because after johnny wishing to stay alive made it harder to accept his death.

X IS FOR EXEPTION

• In the book Johnny tells Dally to stop messing with Cherry and Marcia.
• This is significant because Dally wont let anybody else talk to him like that so Johnny is the inly exception.
• Another exception is Johnny is the only thing that Dally really loved.

Y IS FOR YOUNGEST

• In the rumble ponyboy was the youngest person fighting.
• Even though ponyboy and Darry were proud that he was the youngest he was worried because he wasnt at his strongest point
• This is significiant because even though ponyboy new he wasnt at his normal strength he still fought with his friends.

Z IS FOR Zelophobia

• In the book dally life is the best and he has no one to love except for Johnnyand Johnny died.
• All these bad happenings could have led to a disease that makes you feel out of controle or trapped and cant escape and a overwhelming feeling of impendent disaster.
• Johnnys death might've ben the thing the Dallas feared and that happen tipped him over the ice burg into feeling the way that he did.
