No person shall hold meetings by night.
No one in the city can have a group meeting at night.
I think this law is fair because it's after dark and lots of people take advantage of the dark to kidnap people or kill people .
I think it is not far because people might be mad or cranky. People might want to sleep instead of going to a meeting. Some people might not want to be killed because criminals come out at night.
