• In the forest, leaves of jade
• Towering trees block out light
• The surroundings are so lush
• But do you see the tiger in brush
• It's pelt gleaming oh so very bright?

• The tigers eyes like a flame
• Dancing around all over the place
• His eyes a gleam his eyes do meet
• A tiny little tasty treat
• It's whiskers twitching as if this were a funny game

• Stalking, stalking with such might
• The little creature is no match
• Unaware of the sneaking beast
• Closer, closer now the tiger shall have feast
• The teensy weensy animal tried to run in fright

• Too late, too late the critter was
• Though it was terribly gruesome
• Seeing this spectacle fascinated
• At parts of the "show" I was so captivated
• Watching as he eats it i think I'm gonna puke some

• Then curling down in a sunny spot
• The tiger yawned with a mouthful of teeth
• He lay down on the ground steadily
• His coat of flame breathed heavily
• Then I heard the sound of a leaf....
