System focus more of
Rehabilitation rather than

Rehab has helped many

• Many individuals have benefited from these programs 
• Rehab has been the foundation of recovery. 
• Many people choose rehabilitation over jail time
• Its the most logical action

It doesn't work

• The individuals just wind up back in rehab.
• Drug addicts can just lie and get released,
• Rehab is a waste of money. 
• Rehab avoids the whole point of punishment

It's life or health

• If some chooses to get help they want it
• The programs don't work for people who don't want it
• Choices are key. 
• Rehab is a freash start
