  • Coughing a lot
  • Short of breath
  • Sputum is thick and difficult to cough up
  • Susceptible to chest infections

HOME TREATMENTS

  • Quit smoking
  • Avoid pollution, such as smoke
  • Treat respiratory infections immediately
  • Avoid passive smoking
  • Balanced diet and exercise
