marketing plan

  • connect
  • history and mission of M-lisada
  • establish long-lasting relationships
we hope to connect on an interpersonal level with individuals from the previous institutions and organizations. through these connections we will share M-lisada history and our mission.

Fundraising plan

Next up is the fundraising plan, this plan is structured into three specific programs.

School Supplies & Equipment

Collection Program
The first of which is our school supplies and equipment program. We will partner with local schools (k-12) as well as local colleges and universities.

We hope to collect musical instruments, athletic equipment, supplies for arts and crafts and everyday school supplies.

The donated items will be collected from participating schools by 3pm each friday.

Collection Schedule

Here is a copy of our collection schedule. As you can see, this program began on April 13th and will end the week of May 29th.

We have included 7 schools that we plan to initiate this program with.

Monetary Collection Plan

Fundraising : Local Churches

  • 2 churches each Sunday
  • begins April 12th
  • attend, meet, and share
  • strict rules
2 Sunday worship services will be attended by an representatives of M-Lisada. This schedule began on april 12th and will not end until every organization has been reached locally. (within a 25 mi radius.)

When attending these church services, it is our goal that representatives meet with the leaders of each church to share information about M-Lisada and our mission.

We do have very strict rules for our representatives.

Strict Rules

  • Dress code
  • Punctuality
  • Respect
Foremost, dress code will be enforced. Either business professional or business casual. And it is imperatives that punctuality is a priority.

Both of these rules tie into the extreme importance we place on respect. Respecting other organizations and the individual. Respect is a valuable building block for the relationships we hope to maintain with these organizations.

Instruments and equipment

collection schedule
The last part of our fundraising plan is targeted to local businesses which can directly donate instruments and equipment to our cause.

These businesses include the following
