South East Asia is a subregion, consisting of the countries that are geographically south of china,east of India,west of geological plates with heavy seismic and volcanic activity. SouthEast Asia consist of 2 geographic regions:Maritime Southeast Asia, comprising Indonesia, East Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, East Timor, Brune, Mainland Southeast Asia, also known as Indochina, comprising Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar (Burma), Thailand, West Malaysia, and Vietnam;

Physical features of Southeast Asia include mountain ranges,plains,peninsula, straights and islands.
Vietnam and Indonesia are well know for their mountain ranges.
The tallest mountain in Southeast Asia is Hkakabo Razi in Myanmar. It's more than 19,000 feet high.
Other noticeable features include Tonle Sap Basin and the Mekong Lowlands in Cambodia.

Their are many natural hazards that happen to Southeast Asia, including volcanos, tsunamis and many other natural hazards. Natural hazards are never expected until they happen. They are very destructive cause they take down whole city's at once. But after a earthquake and your but close to sea level run cause most likely a tsunami is about to happen.

What are some of the natural water sources in Thailand used for, they are used for irrigation and hydroelectric energy. Water is mainly used during the process of growing crops. Once in a while they have a seasonal flood that lets them use only 30% of 70% of the rain. Thailand has many problems with droughts.
