A glider is the cousin to an airplane.
The only thing thats different is it has no engine.
Its also a tad bit smaller.

It glides the wind.
It can do this because it is very light.
First a plane drags it into the air.
Then the glider let go and it glides.

Well if you put it this way you know it glides the wind.
