What is a GONG?
As in Qi Gong, GONG means work.
Everyone has different work to do for themselves in order to learn and grow. The manner of work we have differs throughout our lifetimes depending on our learning so far and our application of that learning in our lives.
A GONG is a pre-determined amount of time, such as 30, 60 or 100 days, during which Self Work is undertaken by committing to one or more daily disciplines and/or practices.
I have done determined time periods of discipline before,but never had a name for them. I learned of this name, GONG, from a
