PRESENTATION OUTLINE
What I like or I'm proud of about myself is that I'm a very good freaind. My sense in style. I like how I try as hard as I can if I need help I ask. I'm a very social person. I like how I'm willing to try new things.
THE HEALTH TRIANGLE HAS THREE CATAGORES
The health triangle is a part or is your health. No there's not an triangle in your body.
You should get about 9 to 10 hours of sleep a night. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you don't eat breakfast you're not engergised in the morning. You should also eat your vegetables and fruits. You can eat meat too but McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King. Ant the kind of meat I'm talking about. Meat as in chicken, ham, steak.
You should also excrsie at least an hour a day. Out of your day it's only 4%. Tennis is also a good sport to play. In tennis your running, swinging the racket to hit the ball. Your running back and forth.
If you cooperate in a group or in class/school. Take your part in the group. Don't be so quiet. They need your ideas thoughts. Which leads me into sharing is one way to make friends. Share ideas thoughts. This subject makes me think of talking. Tell people or the person you trust. To talk about your feelings. Maybe a cousiler to get your feelings. What if someone's hurt do you just walk away. No you need to get or tell someone.
Listening you get to learn about other people about them selfs. Also playatension in class. You listen to what your freaind has to say.
You should try to get good grades. You'll feel positive like "Wow an A on my test wow that's good." Instead of saying "Wow I got an F on the test I'm not smart at all." See negative thoughts vs positive thoughts. You want to be postive.
So what I'm proud of myself is that I'm such a good person. Another thing I'm proud of myself is that I can keep a conversation going. Another one is that I'm a very nice person. I have a good personality too. And I try my best to get good grades.
What I would like to impove about my self is my temper. And my eating. Another one is to sports I need to active more. And to get up when I need to.
