VOLLEYBALL

HISTORY

• The volleyball game was invented
• By William G. Morgan, a YMCA physical education on 1895
• They putted a tennis net 1.98 up and took the inside of a football ball
• And some people in one side and some in the other and started
• Hitting the ball

POSITIONS

• There are 6 positions 3 front players in the front
• row and 3 back players in the back row, they rotate clockwise
• There are 25 points in a set, if the game is tied another set
• Of 15 points is played
• There are two referees in the game

RULES

• You have 8 seconds to serve, you must rotate clockwise,
• If you are a back player you cant spike in the front, you cant touch the
• Net, only the captain can talk to the referee, to win a set you must score 25
• Points, to score a point you must land the ball on the other teams side,
• You cant make two 2 hits, only 3 passes per team, 3 sets to win the game
