How to find basic info about the country

Objectives

• Students will find the basic information from the Internet about the country that they chose, using online searching tool.
• Students will locate where the country is, using Google Map.
• Groups of student will create a presentation and present to the class.

Procedures

• The teacher introduce a world map and explain that the students are expected to find basic information about the country they chose before and where it is.
• Allow students to have time to brainstorm all the necessary information.

Procedures

• Tell the students that you expect them to submit a PowerPoint to present all the thing they find today to the class.
• Take the class to computer lab and let them do research, give immediate feedback during the process.
• Let them do presentation for class.

Assessments

• The teacher need to double check all the information if the students got it accurately.
• The students know exactly where the country lies.
