The map of cherry park

Two trees- these are parallel lines, because they do not cross.

Two trees- theses are perpendicular lines because they make a 90* angle on each section.

Stick- it is a right angle because forms a 90* angle.

Stick- it is an obtuse angle because, it is greater than a 90* angle.

Branches- it is an acute angle because, is smaller than an 90* angle.

Branches- it is complementary because, they add up to a 90* angle.

Branches- they are supplementary because, it adds up to 180*.

Seed pod- it is congruent because, they are the same size and shape.

Park bench- this is Line of symmetry because, if you cut in half they would be the same.

Play ground section- this is translation because, if you move the shape any where it will be the same.

Cirrus clouds- means sunny, dose not cover the sky.

Inch worm- a invertebrate without legs or feet.

Squirrel- it defends it's self by biting or running away.

Lady bug- it is an invertebrate that has more than 4 legs.

Bird- has a backbone with wings.

Squirrel - has backbone and fur.

Screws- a simple machine that holds things together.

Flower- this came from a monocot seed.

Tree- it is showing tropism because the leafs are leaning towards the sun.

Marigold seed- the seed will grow into a flower.

We learned there are many science and math thing at cherry park. There are many animals. And we learned what marigold seeds look like.
