The northeastern woodland Cabil lives mainly in New York State in the Catskill mountains.
This Cabil eats mainly woodland grasses, berries, and nuts, with the occasional fish.
They live in groups of two or three, but are also commonly found alone
They have lighter whiter fur
They have an unusual habit of licking maple syrup off of maple trees and farmers have reported missing maple barrels every winter, suggesting that the Cabils love maple syrup.
The reason that these species, the Cabils, are very rarely seen and small in number is that every year, they are mistaken for fennec foxes and are poached as pets. This rarely ends well for the Cabil, as it hates captivity.
