PRESENTATION OUTLINE
The seasons are the specific types of weather we get in every four months. There is winter, spring, summer, and fall.
Winter is the coldest season of all, also the first of the four. Winter is from the winter solstice to the spring solstice. Winter has snow because of the way the earth is tilted. D using spring (this is in the norther hemisphere) the earths axis is tilted away from the sun.
Spring is the second hottest season out of the other seasons. Spring has no snow but some rain. Spring goes from the spring solstice to the summer solstice. Spring is when the sun light is in between indirection and direct.
Summer is the hottest season. Summer is the time when the earth is tilted two the sun. The sun is really high in the sky. There is usually no rain. Summer goes from the summer solstice to the autumn equinox.
Autumn (or fall) is the last season of all. It's also the second coldest season. Autumn happens like spring (only on the opposite side of the sun). Most of the time, it doesn't rain. But it does sometimes. Autumn goes from the autumn equinox to the winter solstice.
Before we talk about what actually causes the seasons, let's talk about the misconception that most people have about the seasons.
