There was a school dance at the end of the year that I was enthusiastic about. I usually didn't go to dances but this dance, was like prom for 8th graders. I told my mom about this to make sure she a little money to get me the stuff I needed. She made a deal with me, that if I ended the quarter with straight A's I would everything I wanted for the dance. I worked my tail off in school, because I Knew exactly what I wanted,and it wasn't cheap. I needed everything, from the suit, to the jacket, to the shoes. The shoes was the most important of them all. I wanted these very expensive shoes that would most likely cost more then the whole outfit. Gucci loafers. school ended, and it was time for my mom to own up to her side of the deal. I finished the last quarter with straight A's,
