Montaditos

  • Montaditos are tiny toasted buns stuffed with meat.
  • These sound like a tastier subway sandwich and look even better.

Patatas bravas

  • Patatas bravas are fried potato wedges
  • They remind me of home fries with a hot sauce on top.
  • I like home fries and hot sauce, so it could be good.

Albóndigas

  • Albóndigas are meatballs made from pork, beef, or seafood
  • Albóndigas look like a gourmet meatball that should go with some spaghetti.
  • I have never had a seafood meatball; it sounds different.

Calamares

  • Calamares are fried squid rings.
  • I have never tried squid and would like to try squid.

Jamón Iberico

  • Jamón Iberico is salt cured ham on toasted bread
  • The ham is free-range pork and it looks delicious.
  • Spanish ham is supposed to be really good.
