SECTION 15 MAKES IT ILLEGAL TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST DISABLED CITIZENS.

Canadian human rights act and employment equity act:
-The law requires the employer to provide access and support for the disabled.
-Required to have equality in the work place (equal employment opportunities)
