  • Check fridge and freezer (0 or -) temps
  • Clean fridge often
  • Use freezer wrap, wrap meet loosely, leftovers in tight cover
  • Thaw frozen foods in fridge, not on counter

  • Fridge rate desserts made with dairy
  • Never taste questionable food
