Corn Headers

  • John Deere offers 6, 8, 12, 16, and 18 row corn headers. These corn heads allow you to go faster than any other header will. Combining at higher speeds will allow you to get your crop out of the field earlier than anyone else.

Pickup Headers

  • When you are in rough swathed fields you want a smooth approach. The new 615 belt pickup header offers this. 44.5 inch rubber belts offer tighter tracking and reduced grain loss. Belt connectors increase drive capacity for a better performance in worse conditions.

Draper Headers

  • John Deere's lineup of Hydraflex Draper Headers offers the most flexibility. The 645FD, 640FD, 635FD, and the 630FD all flex 7.5 inches along the cutter bar. Flexing that much lets you combine closer to the ground losing less crop.

Dependable Headers

  • If you want a dependable draper header John Deere is what your looking for. It lets you perform faster is tough wet conditions. It's dual knife drive, 16 inch feed drum, and hydraulically tilted cutterbar let you outperform everyone else.

600F Hydraflex Headers

  • These headers give you the ability to adapt to fields of any shape, size, or contour. They also offer the ability to cut really close to the ground with less crop loss in tangled or down crops. If ground conditions vary from field to field you can adjust the flotation from the cab.

Feederhouse

  • John Deere offers an exceptional feeder house. It has larger areas of clearance so there is a higher volume of crop coming in. It starts from the time the header hits the crop which is a benefit of the dynamic feeder chain. This makes transition of the crop level and steady.

Tri-Stream Rotor

  • If you want high-capacity harvesting and gentle thrashing you want this rotor. Perfect for corn, soybeans, and some small grains. It is designed to move crop through the feeding and thrashing areas without hesitation. It will let you combine in more damp conditions such as in the morning or night when there is dew.

Even-Max Cleaning

  • The cleaning shoe is built with a large one piece chaffer and larger sieve to bring up cleaning ability by 15%. With this your combine won't overload from the increased material. With the cleaning shoe level you will get the same cleaning on hills and slopes.

Unload Augers

  • The S-series combines come stock with a 26 foot unload auger, and if you want a folding unit so it makes transport and storage easier. It pairs with the 40 foot headers. This makes unloading on the go easier. There is a new 28.5 foot auger you can get. The extra 2.5 feet allows you to match better with the new 45 foot header.

PowerTech PSS Engine

  • This is a new engine for John Deere it has cooled exhaust, and gas recirculation lowers peak combusting temperatures. It offers excellent airflow for greater low speed torque and better transient response time. These new engines have a 2% less diesel exhaust fluid consumption rate. This makes it more customer and eco friendly.

PRODRIVE GROUND DRIVE

  • This transmission offers precise ground speed thanks to seamless shifting between two speed ranges with the push of a button. One speed to harvesting the other one for transportation from a button on the hydrostat control handle on your commandarm. There is extra torque available 5mph harvesting.
