  • Albumen:the clear liquid inside an egg that provides water and protection for the growing chick also called egg white.
  • Barbules:tiny parts of a feather that lock together.
  • Blubber:a thick layer of fat under an animals skin.
  • The part of birds stomach that helps grind up food
  • A flightless bird with a flat breastbone.
