Term 1
I enjoyed term 1 meeting my new classmates and blending in with the environment. I enjoyed the sports selection and the variety of subjects I was offered.
My year at Xavier 2014
By Marc Tallarida
I enjoyed term 2 knowing that halfway was approaching. I further extended my relationship with my classmates.
Term 3 has been my favourite term due to the sports, units of inquiry and
The Athletics Carnival. I was also exited for term 4
I have enjoyed the sports selections throughout the year and the P.E lessons have been a lot of fun. My highlight was the Athletics carnival when I came first in the top race for my year level.
I have found my subjects sometimes challenging but most of them were to my interest. I have enjoyed the range of different topics and units this year. My favourite topic would have to be studying the aboriginal activists in humanities.
The Grampions Halls Gap was a memorable experience that I will remember for a long time to come. I enjoyed all the activities and spending time with my friends. My favourite activity was rock climbing having to overcome my fears.
THOUGHTS SO FAR ON TERM 4
I am looking forward to the end of this year and the eight week holidays that await me. This has been the most challenging term keeping in mind that the end of the year is approaching.
I am looking forward to meeting the new kids next year and hopefully making some new friends. I also hope I get a nice teacher and build a strong relationship with new people.
