What is the muscular system?
The muscular system is the muscles that cover your whole body. You have more than 650muscles.

WHAT MUSCLES DO
- Smooth muscles propel food
- Cardiac muscles propel blood throug the body
- Sceletal muscels help you walk
- The tongue is the strongest muscle
How do muscles help you move. To move to opposing groups have to move away from each other. The muscles move apart from each other in places called Niro muscular junctions. These junctions are also where they meet. Muscles are also connected with tenders and also to your nerves.
What happens without muscles. Without muscles you would die. You would die because you need to expand and contract muscles in your chest to breath.
What muscles do and don't do. Muscles don't push but they do produce force. Muscles contract involuntarily when your cold. If all your muscles pushed in the same direction then they would cause a force of 25 tons. It only takes 17 muscles to smile and 43 to frown.
We have big and small muscles. The middle of the ear is where all the smallest muscles in the body are.
What make muscles grow? Stress on muscles helps them grow. Hormones also help muscles to grow.
