The first candle lit represents hope and this is also lit at dinner and a prayer is said when it is lit

The second candle lit is purple and it represents peace this is lit at dinner time while you say a prayer.

The third candle lit is a rose coloured and it represents joy and is lit in the evening with a preyer

This is the Christ candle and it is lit on Christmas Day to represent Christ
