• Our business is going to have 5 locations, including HQ
• We'll need about 60 doctors and nurses
• We'll also need an extra 20 employees for advertising and stuff like that
• We'll only have Asia locations, and Phnom Penh is the initial satellite office
• Our company cares for the standard of living of our employees, and they are paid more

HOW WILL WE DEAL WITH COMPETITION

• There are not many healthcare centers in Cambodia
• WE provide cheap, and effective treatments
• We also treat our customers with care
• We sell medicine, prescriptions, and check ups
• We sell medical equippment too!

JUSTIFICATION FOR LOCATION

• There is fertile soil, and many mineral resources
• We will have access to water, but we ill have to filter it ourselves
• There are rivers, such as: Mekong, Tonle San, and Bassac River
• The population can support our business, because we are very cheap
• We have access to workers, the population is: 15,458,332 as of July 2014

• Phnom Penh is the safest city in Cambodia
• It's a major city and the capital of Cambodia
• There is an international airport in Phnom Penh

• Climate: tropical humid coastal
• Natural resources: soil and gas, timber iron ore, hydropower potential
• Training: .23/1,000 people are trained in healthcare
• Not all of our workers will be from Cambodia
• Healthcare: high risk of infectious disease in our country

• Doctor/nurse payment an hour 40,000 riel, or 9.78$
• Receptionist payment an hour: 20,000 riel, or about 5$
• Cost for healthcare and equipment: 60,000 riel or 14.67$
