What is exercise?

  • Physical activity done primarily to improve one's health/fitness

What are the benefits?

  • Improve your mood by sharpening your mind & alertness
  • Reduce age-related memory loss
  • Improve blood flow to the heart
  • Reduce blood pressure (for those with high blood pressure)
  • Build & Maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints

  • Arm Workouts
  • Leg Workouts
  • Abdominal Workouts
  • Cardiovascular Workouts
