Technology at Sunny Sands

Chromebooks in 3-5 classrooms

• Includes SDC
• Tech TOSA to be deployed to all rooms for a basic lesson using google docs and classroom
• Mr. Schieldge too is dying to work with you (non-objectively)

Chromebooks in 2nd grade

• Stand alone Chromebooks are in every room except for Mordue and Messersmith (cart sharing)
• Plan to bring in another cart by end of 1st trimester
• Messersmith and Mordue to have access to computer lab until cart delivery

1st Grade

• Legacy White Mac Laptops minimum 10 per teacher
• 1 extra workstation per classroom
• Macs are being updated by Seth and Mr. Schieldge is placing new batteries in them (should be ready by the first week of September)

Kindergarten

• Legacy Laptops will try for 10 to Kramer/Simon
• 9 or 10 iPads to Aguilar/Zelaya (Zelaya has demonstrated immediate use with students)

Training

• Will schedule what we can with Tech Tosas
• Some after school
• Mr. Schieldge to give basics classes on a volunteer basis
