LAWS & POLICIES
There are not any state laws but in most school districts there are school codes that you have to follow on social media.

CAN IT COUNT AS ANOTHER LAW?
cyber bullying, and related behaviors may be addressed in a single law or may be addressed in multiple laws. In some cases, bullying appears in the criminal code of a state that may apply to juveniles.

HAS THIS WORKED?
The results have been okay they have made school code in school districts but it is hard for teachers and ect. to be looking over twitters/instagrams/ facebooks with a school of 4,000. It is also hard to tell if someone is getting hurt by cyber bullying because they don't want to show people they are getting offended.

HOW TO PREVENT?
1.Never share information online if it could be used against you.
2.Watch your tone when you communicate online.
3.Don't participate in cyber bullying behavior.
