PRESENTATION OUTLINE
On this day of your life,
I believe God wants you to know...
...that sorrow makes us all children again.
Ralph Waldo Emerson said that, and he was right.
A good cry can be wonderful sometimes, and sadness
is nothing more than love announced.
Sadness and Unhappiness are not the same thing, and it is good to remember that.
So if you're sad...be glad. It says something about you.
And there are worse things. And there is this:
sadness cleanses the heart.
On this day of your life,
I believe God wants you to know...
...that happiness is good health and a bad memory.
Ingrid Bergman said that, and it is so true.
Memories, of course, bring up moments that are past, whereas happiness is always found in the moment that is here, now.
Constantly remembering bad things, or sad things, can
rob you of your present -- that is, your pre-sent -- joy.
Happiness has been sent to you in advance by God. It
is here, in this moment, if you will seize it...and share it.
On this day of your life,
I believe God wants you to know...
...that time stays long enough for those who use it.
Leonardo Da Vinci said that, and he was right.
There are those who say that "time flies," but they are
those who do not use every minute of it. Time is actually
your greatest gift. It is better than money.
Invest it, therefore, wisely.
What will you invest your time in today?
What will be your return? What did you invest your time in yesterday? What was your return? Is it "time" to use your time more wisely? Just wondering...
The remaining photos are not as cute.
