INITIAL INCREMENTAL BUILDUP

• Send 4 person crews of astronauts making several seven-day visits to the moon to supervise operational completion of the base
• Add-ons such as military bases and spacecraft launch sites possible if further investment is made

FUTURE PLANS

• Begin preparations to mine helium 3.
• Expand earths economic sphere
• Test tech, systems, flight ops, and exploration techniques
• Increase productivity of future missions to Mars and beyond
• Pursue scientific activities that address fundamental questions about the history of earth
