Cheetahs sprints can reach up to 71 miles per hour. And can reach up to 40 miles per hour in 3 seconds. They can do this because of their long legs and large lungs.

Cheetahs mostly live in Africa and SW Asia. This reason is because they like to hunt in grasslands.

Cheetahs are white on there stomachs and necks. On there body they are covered with black dots over a yellow/golden fur.

Cheetahs main food source is the gazelle. The gazelles only predator that can catch them is the cheetah. The cheetahs tail helps them stay stable with there chasing a sharp turning gazelle.

Before a cheetah attacks it has to recharge its energy by eating.when it's done it can attack in broad daylight in an open field.

Cheetahs have a vary low population. The reason this is happening is lions kill the cubs. Also hunters kill cheetahs for there delinquent furs.

Cheetahs are like dolphins in some ways. Have a lot of free time and are very intelligent. If a lion is in the distance coming for the baby cubs cheetah cubs will flee while the mom shields the lion off. Also they are very good at hiding.

A baby cub was found alive and denigrated. The cheetah cub has been livening off off of dead animals. The animals were killed and not finished so it would go and eat which helped it stay alive for a while until a man helped the baby cheetah.
