April 1 - 28, 2015. Qualify for weekly and grand prizes!

Do these 6 things daily to earn points and win prizes!

1. Exercise 30 minutes.

2. Eat at least 5 fruits & veggies a day.

3. Don't eat junk food.

4. Drink eight ounces of water eight times a day.

5. Don't eat out.

6. Don't eat after 8pm.

Each requirement earns you a point.

Earn as many points as you can.

If you earn 28 points a week, or 4 per day, you'll be entered into a weekly drawing!

Earn 112 points by the end of the challenge and be entered into the grand prize drawings!
