  • The Colossal squid lives in the deep waters of the Pacific Ocean.
  • They grow up to 14 metres long.
  • Thousands os eggs can be produced at one time but many will be eaten by predators.
  • Most eggs don't become baby squid.

  • Which includes octopises and squid their bodies are not procted by an outer shell but they can dart back and forwards rapidly to avoid danger.
