HOW DOES THE CLOUD FORM?

(FOG IS A CLOUD THE TOUCHES THE SURFACE

The cloud forms because inside the jar the hot water heats up the air that's inside.

Some of the water evaporates which creates water vapor.

The warm air rises and then cools because of the ice.

When the water molecules cool they tend to stick together
(Same thing happens with the smoke)

THIS IS CALLED CONDENSATION!
