• This case is in juction with three other case which will decide the course of marrige in the US.

• Takes a Anti-Gay Stance due to Poltical Conservistism
• Opinion is not extremist at all and is more moderate then actual News

Why does it matter?

• One person: Anthony Kenndey.
• According to Reason.com, the court seemed spilt along party lines with Kennedy leaning right.

Votes

• Vote in Favor: Would allow gay marrige in whole US
• Vote Against: Would allow bans to stay and revert all lower court precidence
