A bit about me...

-I just recently just married the love of my life,
Amanda Rose.
-She and I have traveled to over 20 countries together. During that time we trekked the over Himalayas and lived internationally in Thailand and Australia.
-I was raised in the Real Estate industry by way of my father's career as an Architect Contractor.
-I switched to the real estate side in 2014.
-I am aiming for great heights with my business so Amanda and I can continue our travels and our true passion in Philanthropic efforts.

Fiduciary(consultant) vs. Agent

-I will advise, consult, educate and guide.
-Agents will sell and tell, deliver information and stay out of the process.
-Agents will "follow procedure".
-I will be involved in the decision making process, using judgement, knowledge and experience.
-I am irreplaceable and highly compensated for my work.
-Agent's are replaceable and minimally paid.

Key Objectives

-Pricing...your home at the property's fair market value.
-Timing...in the desired time period.
-Convenience...selling your home with the least amount of inconvenience.
-Results...a win-win transaction.

Commissions


-As you know Realtor's work for commissions. These commissions are based on experience, cost of marketing and timeline, balanced against liability. I like to give the buyer's agent 3%. This ensures the maximum amount of attraction from the Realtor side.
-Of course our side of the commission is negotiable based on the needs of the client. We pay Keller Williams their fees, referral fees, marketing & promotional expenses out of our percentage.
-In dual agency cases, depending on original contract percentage, I like to renegotiate the commission so everyone wins again.
